Cancellation Policy

Diagnostic / Service Call Fee A standard diagnostic/service call fee is $60. This fee covers travel and the technician's time to diagnose the appliance issue. If you proceed with the repair, this fee will be applied toward your total repair cost. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations Please contact us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Arrival Windows We offer a convenient 2-hour arrival window (e.g., 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time frame. Our technicians will notify you by call or text when they are on their route. Parts & Additional Visits We carry common parts, but specialized parts may need to be ordered. If a return visit is required to install ordered parts, you will not be charged an additional fee. Payment Terms We accept Cash, Direct deposits, Credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Checks. Warranty on Repairs All repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor related to the original repair. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these service terms and policies.
